Refused registration, apparently company director was not interested after finding out I had a spent conviction over 15 years ago, no risk assesment or panel, just his own view. Promised a phone call to explain the reason behind there decision, but not heard anything at all. Very unprofessional indeed. Waste of time. Would not recommend. Other agencies out there, much better service.

I have recently qualified as a primary school teacher and decided to work as a supply teacher to gain additional experience. The consultants at M2 Education have been very supportive of me: they are friendly and are happy to speak to you over the phone whenever you should need to. During my first-half term here I have worked in several different schools gaining experience across the age groups.
The schools have all been a reasonable distance from where I live and, if you wish, you have the opportunity to travel further to broaden your opportunities for work. I highly recommend them!

I joined M2 in summer 2019 to begin a long term supply contract. They were professional and prompt and very well organised. I then found another long term contract through M2 and, in between, did a few weeks day to day supply. M2 found me lots of work and communication was always excellent. A great company to work for.

For many years M2 staff have been amazing, always keen to talk and to give valuable advice, supporting me throughout my teaching journey! Since working for M2 I have never struggled to get work in both Key stages. The communication between m2, myself and schools has been second to none, building great relationships along the way. Since I started work for M2 I found their company easy and reliable to work with. They were straight to the point about the uncertainty of daily work and made that clear during the interview stage. However, upon starting work I found myself perhaps being offered too many jobs and am busy almost everyday. They are easy to communicate with, via text, email or calls and answer messages almost 24/7. There is also no pressure put upon yourself as an employee to work daily as they are flexible with the hours you can work. Overall 10/10 experience.

I was well supported throughout the application process and was found full-time work within 2 weeks of schools being back in Spetember. I felt as though the staff were really dedicated to find me work, it felt really personal. I felt like they were looking for the kind of work that would really suit my level of experience and enjoyment.
