Our story starts over 20 years ago when I started the business with a desk, telephone and yellow pages. Having worked for both a national and international agency and with extensive experience of the temporary and permanent marketplace I wanted to offer clients a truly bespoke service that would suit their needs. Rather than being 'just another agency' it was my ambition to work alongside my clients and be treated as an extension of their HR department so that we could not just focus on recruiting staff but also add value in terms of market and salary information and advice on attrition and employment issues.

Cannot rate HQ highly enough. This was my first experience having to use a recruitment agency to fill a vacancy, and the service from start to finish was absolutely exceptional. Messaged Sarah after a post on Facebook on a whim and after a brief chat and a look at my cv had a job in mind for me. Within a few days had an interview lined up which resulted in a job offer. Wow, this was a VERY "special" experience from HQ Personnel. Less than 4 hours from first contact with me, to receiving a job offer has to be some kind of record! Sarah McBride could not have been any more helpful. She was genuinely committed to my personal preferences and my potential job satisfaction rather than just recommending positions that my not be fully suitable for my work / life balance.
A very refreshing change from the numerous "run of the mill agencies", that I have dealt with in the past. Only interested in churning out as many interviews as possible, in the hope of receiving a commission. So refreshing to deal with an agency on a personal level. I was very impressed with the professional and friendly service that I received. HQ Personnel has been great in assisting me with finding temporary work. I was offered an assignment the day that I registered, starting the following day. The company I currently work for is great, and the role has extended past the 3 month timeframe initially given. The team are all friendly and approachable, a pleasure to speak to, and even offer extra incentives such as the Temp of the Month scheme, in which the winner receives vouchers as a 'thank you' for their work. I can't recommend them highly enough.
