We have been using Park City for over 5 years. We are a growing medium size consulting company and we use the full HR outsourcing & H&S Service. We have found that Park City have grown with us over the last 5 years, and our relationship has grown both in trust and compatibility. The HR consulting & HSE services are excellent, well managed by knowledgeable and personable consultants.
It is imperative to know that our policies are compliant and well written and that we have access to the Helpline when necessary. I have used the HR service for third party mediation on occasions; I always feel that when you are close the situation it is invaluable to bring in expert external advice. The advice and personal support we have received from our Consultant Jennie Gallione has been unbiased, balanced and delivered in an empathetic and professional way. I run a small growing business. The Park City Compliance service gives me the peace of mind that I am compliant with HR Employment law. I use the Breathe online HR system, which makes it easier for me to ensure policies are up to date - and the team knows where to find them - confirming they have read them. Plus managing holiday bookings and 1-2-1 team review sessions. The Helpline answers my questions (I have a lot!). All of this helps me to start building a good foundation for a healthy company culture, based on out values.
