Terrible agency. So I currently work under rullion and have done for the past year as a contractor working on the rail. With the Introduction of the IR35, no new contacted has been sent to me with regards to my new pay rates and in the 13 phone calls I find no one answers the phones. I received a one, one line answer via email of which I have sent three.
I never seen a rep on site and whenever I have delt with them excluding the first time I signed my contract they have been incredibly unprofessional and the fact that I am currently loosing money as I type this really makes me angry.

This company text me out the blue today, I can only assume they've got my number from my CV online somewhere. I've never heard of them and so when I was offered to work at some football match I was a bit knocked back. Having seen the reviews here of them which are in the main very negative I decided to block them from texting me again and won't waste my time. Anyone who offers someone work without even interviewing them let alone do checks makes me very suspicious on the professionalism and integrity of that company.

1 star too many I had a placement via Rullion for 2 years. The are the most uncaring agency I have worked for. No welfare contact. No communication from them. No salary reviews. No thanks. Just sweet FCUK all! Just 2 years of claiming their 50% commission on every hour I worked. I had to contact them almost ever month to get my timesheet extended so I could enter my timesheet even though it was extended by company for 6 months at a time.
End of contract I contacted them and asked about other jobs and pay holiday etc. No response. No thanks for working for us for 2 years. Just a P45! AVOID AVOID AVOID The employer was ok but shame so much was paid to this agency for doing nothing.

My experice with Rullion. Rude and unprofessionalism to the max! Argueable one of the worst companies to work through. Do you like no pay? Work to get your pay slashed in half. Join through Rullion today! Where you run through hoops and mazes to try locate money that's owed from you 2months back! Run away at all cost. There are many other firms in which you can join from which provides a better service. Hope no one has to go through.

I was applying to join this company. I went for an interview with John Campanaro a week ago. Professional company, wonderful layout. I was told there was a 3 stage process. I was waiting till the end of the week Friday to be told if I could proceed to the 2nd stage. He then told me that it would be an online questionnaire and if pass next stage would be to have an interview with the directors.
If accepted training would be up in Manchester for a whole month. Now what I don't understand is why was this not mentioned from the beginning? As I was looking for other jobs and couldn't wait around and even if accepted Manchester is out of the question. I have not yet heard back from them, more than a week later. I feel that when you are in this type of industry sticking to your word is key.
When I was asked to attend for an interview at a specific time I accepted right away. I feel they should have the decency to stick to their word if they say they will contact you by a specific time. I would think twice when applying to work for this company or for even clients if they can't even stick to their word.
