The early 1990's, really was not the best time to think about opening a recruitment agency, as it was the start of a recession. So, it was against this back drop that Keith Robinson opened the first branch of Wise Employment, supplying industrial and driving personnel to local businesses in Swindon, Wiltshire. As a Director for a national recruitment agency, a wife also in the business and soon the imminent arrival of their first born, It was really was a big gamble.However, it was born out of a strong belief that there was room in the market place for a quality driven recruitment agency and through grit determination, passion and drive both the husband and wife joint owners of Wise Employment have grown the business to become one of the largest independent recruitment agencies in the South West.

Know what their business is, where they have locations, when they were established, how many people they employ and, of course, ensure that you know whereabouts your interview will take place and how you are going to get there! The more you know about the Company then the more it shows that you have prepared. Read the job spec fully, prior to your interview.

Incredibly positive experience with Wise employment. Kate kept me updated throughout the process and was very supportive. I have worked with quite a few recruitment agencies and it is very helpful when you feel as though you have a reliable point of contact. I cannot praise the staff at Wise Employment enough. Just when I thought I was at the end of my rope seeking employment, they had something instantly to match my previous experience(s). I applied for a few jobs and received a call from a lady called Irina, I think it was the same day of my application or maybe the next. She was very polite and has explained that there is a vacancy and she would like to pass my details to the recruiter because my CV matches the job. She has arranged an interview for me and has provided me all the information about the job very fast.
