Is no words to describe the incomplete work they do they tell have no clue about the job they offer they give you wrong information about hours, duty, and pay. Stay away from them they. Every time you have a question they don't answer thake weeks for found out anything you ask them, and if after weeks dan handles hours at the phone to try to talk to them if you are obviously aggregate they put the phone down on you. People like that are toxic for people in real need for a job. The worst working experiences I have had. Hope someone can stop them abusing hard working people.

Still owed money. My agent was Charlie Smith and after my time at the work they offered, I was owed some pay and all of a sudden he stopped replying to emails, he was always away from his desk or sick or busy when I called, Apparently spoke to hiS manager and was told she would sort it, obviously didn't, AVOID. I rang the number given, no answer, shock horror! Update: Had to get ACAS involved. The director even bad mouthed me to them and delayed payment further as if. I eventually got what I was owed. Scummy people.

I find Total facilities to be a very Professional 5* agency. My consultant was Nicola and she was very hardworking and pleasant towards me and very professional. I would recommend this agency to anyone that's looking for work.

Very unprofessional behaviour. Louise or Kate, imagine you work weekend in a hospital. Sunday evening after work you inform Nicola not going to work on Monday with agency you will be off sick for the week. How would you respond if Nicola text you back to go to work because it is "urgent"? Just try to put yourself in your employees shoes, how would you react?

I was shocked, received numerous calls (around15!) I refused to pick up as I would not accept any pressure to go to work and feared I would not be able to keep calm and polite. Employees rights are important even if they work for an agency (I will set up my own business in three months and sadly my experience with you has been very instructive) I had to switch off my phone to try to sleep.

On Monday I learned she called my emergency contact. He told me she called numerous times before he picked up her call. Emergency contacts should be used in very specific health and safety emergencies. Not because you are not happy with an employee being off sick. After calling my emergency contact she continued to call me when I switched on my phone to text her a reply about her behaviour.

I informed Nicola by text I considered her behaviour to be harassment and also that I will not work anymore with such an agency. She stopped after I gave her a warning. Fortunate I have a good and respectful employer at my hospital where I work part time

Terrible experience working for TFR, they think it's ok to give you false hope and never call you for any work. They message me if I am available and do it just to pretend they got work but in reality they only give jobs to few selected people. The whole interview was a waste of my time. DO NOT work for a company that are not serious. I now work for another company and get jobs all the time.

Ana Velosa did a great job all the time. Very empathic, hard working and honest person, who tries to find a best place for you. If l had any problems regarding bookings or payments she was happy to help me and to sort those problems out as soon as possible.

TFR are a hugely reliable and dedicated company. They go above and beyond to keep both employee's and clients needs met. Personally I book most of my work through Laura Roman who is extremely hardworking and a pleasure to work for.

Told me they had 4 weeks work for me, and even asked what uniform size i required. So I turned down other jobs only for Total facilities to never contact me again. I tried calling and speaking to April, but she would not return my call. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and untrustworthy. Jobseekers and companies should give this agency a wide birth. It's a very competitive industry and any other agency will offer you a better service.
