Gave all my I'd and was told consultant will call me back least they could do is give a feedback if not successful. However why ask for ID check if they not going to do anything ie help the person get a job. Its been over a month when I ask abt the status for job application you don't get a proper answer not ver professional don't bother and waste your time.

A couple of months ago, I was looking for employment. I called up the agency, I spoke to Diane, she booked an appointment to come and see her for her to register me. When I case in it wasnt the best service, I will decide for the readers to make a judgment on that. So when I came, i felt as if she was rushing me. I filled out the form, i didnt have my cv. she said I can email it over, which she never gave an email for me to do so.
I asked to use the toilet ad she said its not for customers, which is fair enough if that is the case ( which it is not). A few days later I made a complaint how poor the service was and that I was told i cant use the toilet. Diane made an excuse that she suspected I was a random person off the street using them the agency to register so that I could use the toilet.
When she knew full well that she booked an appointment for me the day before to register. so i was told that this individual would receive customer service training. I was a bit relieved that she would get training on customer services, but I dont think it made any difference as I never received an apology. Which she told one of the managers that she she did, which is false.
I needed to call up a numerous number of times to get an honest explanation and an apology, which I never did. she made it clear on the phone that she wont apologise. so one thing was was mentioned to one of the managers from Diane and another thing was said to me. I felt as if i had been discriminated. I am currently trying to seek legal advice. I may succeed. i may not. it is worth trying. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY.I hope for the public sake that this company closes.
Due to the dishonesty and lack of customer service. And the fact that the complaints are not really dealt with. Go Back to your country Diane and learn learn learn. Good job Brexit is happening.

Paterson Recruitment is really good agency with professional workers. I would like to thank all of them for working quickly and efficiently. "After a quiet period while Paterson Recruitment Bicester did not provided any work for me I asked for my holiday (according to the time worked for them since my last holiday). The receptionist (on behalf of the branch manager - Penny Ford) told me that they will not pay my holiday because I supposed to ask for it until October (although it is not specified in the employment contract).
I am not happy at all about the manager's decision. I hope the Paterson Recruitment Head Office will see this review and will find a solution to this matter." I posted this review on the main Facebook Page - Paterson Recruitment on 02/11/2018 but it seems that Paterson Recruitment do not welcome negative feedback and decided to delete the review section.
I wrote that honest review because that was my way as an unhappy agency worker to express my dissatisfaction and the way I was treated unjustly. Advice to Management: learn to handle and to accept negative feedback and to transform it into something constructive.
