We have been contracting with Eligo for years for clinical staff for our prison contracts. I personally work closely with Bhavica and have built up a brilliant working relationship. She is professional, reliable and her communication ethics are brilliant. Unfortunately when Bhavica is on leave we notice it as the quality of service and work does decline. So much so that mistakes are made and complaints are received. Therefore where possible we only deal with her. Heaven forbid she ever leave.
