Critical: Professionalism, Quality These people have no idea how to work a payroll we've had 3 different cards now. There unprofessional and don't want to pay employees. Not to mention we were stuck in their park lot with our two kids because they won't pay us so we can get gas. This place should be shut down.

I responded to an add on Craigslist. Showed up filled out app and went to work next day. Worked 2.5 months and was hired on by the company. Not much contact with them during this time. Pay rate never changed during this time and was paid every Thurs. I found a job that pays well and feel like the system worked for me.

My son has previously worked with these with no problems whatsoever. However, he has rang them around 8 times over the last 3 months or so and they say they will ring him back but never do. He has rang them today and explained this only to be cut short and told there's nothing at the moment.asked no details at all. Time to look for a new agency!

I went to interview with one of the staffing agent about a year ago and she did not give off a friendly vibe, cold is more like it. She asked me a few questions and I replied with what I was looking for and the usually chat. That was the first and last I ever heard from Pinpoint. It's as if they just want to get new people to add into their files, but not very interested or have very many openings to even offer. I was disappointed, but I moved on.
