Lovely ladies working there, seem to want to try their best for you but they do struggle to keep in touch! If they have the right job there, they will certainly put you forward to it. Baker Harding is better than any big recruitment business and they certainly treat you as a respected individual as opposed to an embarrassing dosser like some recruitment agencies do! Strongly recommend.

Fantastic agency! The team at Baker Harding are very helpful and friendly. I can't fault them at all. Within 2 days of signing-up to the agency, I was back in full-time employment. I've been very impressed by Baker Harding as a recruitment agency. At my initial interview/briefing I received a warm but genuinely sincere welcome from Sarah. I was immediately struck by her professionalism: well organised, thorough and well prepared. On a personal level she, like the rest of the staff, was friendly, helpful, took a genuine interest in me and my experience, and went out of her way to accommodate my wishes. This contrasts markedly with other agencies I've worked for.

I can't say the same about my experiences with Baker Harding. Jo contacted me with the sole intention of hearing my story, of extracting my key skills and she knew right away where I'd best fit.

I love their no nonsense approach and it's no wonder everyone speaks to highly of them Even now in my role, Jo is in frequent contact, asking how I am, giving me feedback and suchlike. Best thing I did was let Baker Harding help me out. Highly recommend this team if you're looking for work or similarly if you're looking for quality additions to your work force.

After struggling to find work after university, Baker Harding Recruitment found me a job in the sector I wanted within a couple of weeks of contacting them. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly and quick to offer advice where it was needed. I have now gained a contract with the company they got me work at and couldn't be any more pleased. I recently applied to do some exam invidulating for GCSEs during May and June. The staff at Baker Harding are friendly, professional and they find you work within days of registering with them. I've worked for Baker Harding on a number of occasions and they are always supportive and. understanding in whatever role I have done. They treat me as a person and not just a number. I have worked for a few agencies over the years and Baker Harding is the best agency I have worked for. Sandra and Jo in particular have been really supportive and understanding but all the staff are fantastic! 5* service
