Would not recommend to anyone. If your broke and you need a job urgently let them set you up but definitely don't stop applying to other jobs.

An excellent agency - and a fabulous recruiter in Gemma Kennedy. Gemma takes the time to look at your profile and find the right fit; will negotiate flexible terms; and always at the end of the phone if needed.

The staff has been excellent in terms of the post, the payments and getting me into the permanent role from the interim role. The support has always been there from Nuala's team no matter how silly the question or item. I will miss working with you all. Thanks a million for all you did in my time with Premiere. If I ever need Premiere again, I would not hesitate to use them.

Yet again another year later and on another holiday and loan and behold no holiday pay paid nobody able to talk to me between them being away from there desk or registering somebody or just stepped out for lunch. Ablosute discrase of a so called company. Would give them -minus 100 stars if I could Never get holidays you book in and spend 2 days phoning constantly trying to get threw to ur recruitment manager only to leave a voicemail that you never hear back from.

I don't even look any more on their website for jobs. No one answers the phone and no one calls you back if you leave a voicemail. Send your CV and follow it up with a phone call. No response. I don't know how they stay in business? Cheap. Minimum wages thats why.

I have worked for Premiere for nearly 18 years, and while I have sympathy for the people who have said theyve had negative experiences, I personally can only say great things about Premiere Healthcare. The girls are always there to answer my calls, Ive always received my full pay( and if I havent it was my fault ie: I submitted timesheets too late).

The staff have worked extra hard to ensure I got shifts in a different area ( closer to home) and theyve always been lovely when Ive called the offices. I can 100% say Premiere are a fab agency and I would have no hesitation in recommending them ( and have done to many in healthcare settings). I think they do a fab job and all the staff should be more appreciated for their hard work.

Had fantastic service by my recruitment agent Gemma. Available to help in regards to finding me the best job suited to me and once in the job she has been a help if I had any queries regarding pay. Couldn't have asked for better service from her.

Never pay their workers properly and their consultants are useless. Ive worked for other agencies who ive never had this problem. I have gone two consecutive weeks without pay and have spent close to 4 hours on the phone trying to get a hold of someone that can help. The only useful person is the girl at the front desk.

No communication at all once employed. They said they didnt get my timesheet, but i have email proof Refused to pay what i was owed, said i could only get a certain % fully taxed put thru as emergency payment. Totally against the law. Awful place. Wouldnt like to be relying on them for permanent wages to pay bills

Don't waste your time with this agency, you will never hear back from them. I wanna point out that Stephen is a complete fail and doesn't have the decency to call or email you back. This place should be shut down for multiple violations, I will be making a formal complaint with citizen services. Bullocks
