Mind boggling to me that I see a couple job that I've applied for and I'm perfectly qualified for getting reposted every few days. I've called in to add myself to their database as one does and the person at the other end wasn't very friendly, didn't seem to like her job very much! She then said "the person you're supposed to talk to is on the phone so I'll have them call you back" but I didn't ask to speak to anyone specifically?

On top of that, I've never received a call back, I tried emailing too but still no communication whatsoever. I wish the employers would know they literally pass up perfect candidates because their recruiters couldn't care less.
