Staff was everything but not polite! Tried to get my holidays days sent over after i finished with them. The lady over the phone was so rude by the way she was talking and tried to constantly hang up the phone. I ubderstand they are busy but if i phone up it means i need help from them wich they are not willing to help!

I applied for a Warehouse operative position with this company and I was called to come in and register with this company which I did next day and I had all the relevant identification but when I went in I was told I did not have the right references for the positon which was a bit annoying as I had to travel from another town at my own cost. I should have been told this on the phone but I was not and they did not reimburse me for my travel in my opinion very poor communication skills I would think twice before using them.
