I cannot express how dissapointed and unsupported this company have made me feel. I was originally interacting with Chris Slater and he had a few roles lined up for me, he didn't even bother to email or call me back to say the roles had been filled. They ignore any request as soon as I told them I was pregnant. It is a shame that in 2022 there are still companies out there who are not empowering disabled employees and treat you like a number rather than a human being.

My experience with tate recruitment has been the complete opposite of this, in such a competitive market avoid this company and work with a modern and fair recruiter. Shame on you express.

I dealt with Luke Marshall at Express Recruitment and have to say he is a real credit to their organisation. I first called Luke to discuss a role I was interested in, and from there that grew into an application, interview and job offer. Luke was exceptional at keeping in touch, giving me updates on the status of my application and even calling to wish me luck in advance of my interview.

At all times Luke was professional, friendly and supportive and made me feel like a valued candidate rather than just another number passing through a recruitment agency's books. In a difficult job market due to world events such as COVID and Brexit, being treated with respect like this is so valuable. Overall, I would highly recommend Express Recruitment and in particular Luke Marshall. Whilst I understand they will charge a fee for their services, I can only say as a candidate I was well treated and dealt with respectfully at all times. I wouldn't hesitate to refer fellow job seekers to Express Recruitment or, indeed, those seeking to hire staff.

I have worked for Express Recruitment for nearly 4 years. I would highly recommend them. Friendly and helpful staff, keep in touch with you. Always get paid on time. Cannot fault them at all.

AMENDMENT: Received a call from someone at the company explaining the situation, which I do appreciate, and helped clarify things. Still feel communication at the time should've been better, but glad this was followed up on. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Applied for a job through this agency, quickly got a call back and set up an interview the next working day to discuss the job and myself further.

I was on the Teams interview 10 minutes early and waited a full half an hour past the start time, but no one joined the interview. Emailed my contact as well as the main company email asking politely if there had been an issue at their end and I would be happy to reschedule as the job sounded like an interesting opening, but received nothing.

I had a great experience with Express Recruitment. I sent in my CV for a HR role and was soon contacted by phone to find out more about myself and what I was looking for. I was further contacted a few days later to inform me of another position that I may be interested in and subsequently applied to and got. Most of my communications were with Chris who was incredibly helpful but also Ella and others who have contacted me have all been professional and helpful.

Friendly and helpful team! A huge thank you to Ben and Callum who helped me in finding a new and exciting Job opportunity. Excellent communication throughout and you are always kept up to date. I would definitely recommend Express Recruitment to anyone looking for work or looking for a new career.

During my job search, Luke M reached out me via Indeed about a local job, and then, afterwards, the recruitment process was led by Alex K. From the get go, they were both personable and professional. I approached Alex at Express Nottingham to help me with finding a new job as I had become very unhappy in my previous role. Right from the start Alex was very friendly and helpful and made sure I was fully aware of each role he was offering me. After a couple of attempts to find the right role for me, he managed to arrange an interview at what is now my current employer. within the space of about 3 or 4 days i had been invited to an interview, offered the role and accepted it.
