I worked with this agency for a couple of months. At the first time I was happy to start working again. I worked many years in the kitchen, 4 of which in a nursery and 3 in a theatre at the Royal Accademy.i think nobady read my CV because when the girl phone me she asked if I can Cook and help any schef. well.yep! I got the first shift after a couple of weeks.in a kitchen, 9hours no stop. eat fast.standing up.we are in two people where usually 3people work.i asked. please.to move in another place. and I finished in another bad adventure.very far place.
I paid a taxi bus service 12pound everyday.a day agency say to come at the office for pay the taxibus. because can't touch the Money from my payment. after somebody keeping 60 pound for the service. from my payment. thanks! In the end I worked just for the petrol of the taxi service! Nobady in the beginning explain to me the timesheet.so. this is my experience.be careful! ADDIO!

I have worked for CTS since 2009, firstly in the accounts department then moving on to Recruitment Consultant - Account manager. I left CTS for a career change but am now back in the fold as a Compliance Officer. I really enjoy working with CTS the consultants are profesional and friendly, i have mostly dealt with Amber and it is always a pleasure talking to her and she keeps me informed of up and coming work. Worst agency ever! Quick to take your money for DBS n training but can't be bothered to contact you on the process of the DBS. The staff have no experience running a recruitment agency. Luckily I had another job and any placement from CTS would have been a top up of wages. Still, I spent my last 60 of the month on getting the DBS and the hygiene certificate certificates completed but it seems like they're more interested in taking my money for the KFC orders now it's been over a month.
I haven't heard anything from them I had to call them to find out what's happening and they still giving me BS excuses. There are better agencies like Morgan Hunt, integrated Solutions, Berry Recruitment that pay you more n treat you with respect! Don't waste your time and money!
