Amos was really awesome with how he took the time to explain even if he had to do it 777 times. He was very helpful and made sure we understood what we had to do and was doing. I am thankful, grateful and appreciative. He is very professional and still was able to be humorous, kind and understanding which I really like because I work best like that. I would want want him as my tutor any day. Thank you and Bless you.

A holistic and effective provider for work based qualifications, using modern delivery methods, some teething issues perhaps with the process but all in all a excellent service, would highly recommend. Lastly a special thanks to my tutor Amos who, despite some complications with attendees delivered a successful, smooth, well structured course, thanks again!

I have really enjoyed the course. It has helped me gain the knowledge of customer service which will help me get into work. It has also helped me build my confidence. The teachers/trainers were very supportive and attentive to our needs. The course was well set out and well delivered which encouraged me to learn. Will miss my class mates and our trainers.

I have really enjoyed this course and the course has made very a positive impact on my life. Its not just about the end result of getting the job that I want, But its about the stepping stones. The personal development was one of the most vital parts of the course and it helped me to really look within my self to make myself a better person. The tutors I had was Niki and John and they are amazing! They are both patient, kind, understanding and are really good at teaching and able to adapt to everyone's different learning capabilities.

This course was really helpful to me at a difficult time, to get me back on track and engaged with setting and working towards my career goals. I also found the experience of working with and helping others reinvigorate my passion to get back to tutoring. John Whitehouse the tutor was great and really boosted the groups collective confidence and was always available when asked for specialist one to one support, I cant thank him and the rest of the Step Ahead team enough.

It was truly a good experience to participate the course provided by Step Ahead. With their support I gained a new knowledge and refreshed already well known.
