Paul is the Managing Director and Owner of the business. Having moved from his home in South Wales where he had his own Landscape Design and Construction business and completing a BSc degree at the University of Wales Swansea, Paul was ready to take on a new challenge in the South East of England. The business was started in 1999 in Dartford, Kent, Connect Personnel now has offices in Dartford, Chatham and Sittingbourne.

Worthless, registered with them about 6 months ago and been in 3 more times. Told them that I just done my forklift course and told me that they won't give me a forklift job as I have to have 2 years experience. Like how can I get 2 years when all the work is agency work?

I have found that Connect Personnel are by far the best most welcoming agency in Medway the staff are always ready to help with any problems and they completely understand people's situations. I have worked for Connect now over 1 year and they have always kept me in constant flow of great work. I have worked for all the consultants and they are all great!

Every job is well explained clearing with direct contacts for the consultants and always made aware of holiday pay I am owed which I no some agency like to not mention. I would 100% suggest this agency to anyone!
