I thank Cobham Consulting enormously for perfectly placing me with the most amazing company that fills me with happiness, positivity and growth every single day. I initially applied to a position through Cobham Consulting in which I had a response within minutes. Through my journey with Cobham, I had the pleasure of being supported, advised and guided by Jack Hopwood; a professional but friendly, credible gentleman. Jack's enthusiasm, positivity and belief allowed me to find my confidence and faith, resulting in myself being successful at all stages through the job application. Jack continued to communicate with/to me, making sure I felt comfortable and content in the job they had matched for me. I have been temping with Cobham since February and they have never failed to get me sufficient temporary work with professional companies. They always come back to me if I have left a message, they are extremely efficient and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I approached Cobham Consulting at the beginning of December 2019, and from the first call the were extremely sufficient and helpful. Jack Hopwood was my consultant and he was in contact with me almost every day. By the middle of December Cobham had put me in contact with the perfect company and role, the fit could not have been better and i had a fantastic opportunity offered ready to start in the New Year. I would highly recommend Cobham Consulting and it was a pleasure working with them on my job search!

I would highly recommend this agency if you are looking for the ideal match. They understand not just the employers need but the career seekers. I found them to be very professional and communicative throughout the process. Normally when looking for the perfect job to enrich your career can be stressful and tiresome but not with Cobham Consultaning. They have a relaxed approach to guide you and support you through the process.

Urgency was created by a telephone call saying I had matched the requirements in regards to a job they had. I had to then forward a copy of my passport to them and attend a "meeting" with the agent the next day. I turned up and met the guy who I'd been on the phone to, who then introduced me to a woman who sat and scrutinised my CV for the next 45 minutes whilst the other guy sat pretending to make notes.

She then suggested to me id be better going for a lower spec job with the same company as I'd be better suited but I told them I wasn't interested in that job and that I wanted to proceed with the original application. I walked out feeling quite positive and hoped for some kind of contact within the next week. That meeting happened 10 weeks ago. Since the meeting I followed up with an email and got a cold response to the tune of "we will be in touch when we hear from the client".

I also received a telephone call from someone within the office asking if I was still looking for work. I informed her I was still waiting to hear back on the original job they had dragged me to a pointless meeting about and she duly informed me that the job "was on hold". Suddenly it became clear - the job never existed and they wanted me to agree to the job they had suggested in the meeting.

She then said she would look into why I've not received any contact from the guy who had dealt with me originally and that was 5 weeks ago. To this day the job is still listed on their website! To summarise, don't let their awards lead you into a false sense of security that you're in good hands. They're just another cowboy recruitment outfit looking to line their pockets at the expense of the applicant, and their clients.

Perfect, found me the ideal job for my skill set. Constant advice, check up calls. Never have I been so impressed by a agency. Caroline was superb. 10/10 Many thanks Caroline - Cobham Consulting.

Told the vacancy was in a different location where it actually was. Drove 40 minutes for them to gain basic information they could find in my CV or via a phone call and told by one of the team members that I was not good enough for the position and I should ask for a lower salary, considering my degree (an honorary masters?!). Now hired by a different company, provided with an excellent package above what Cobham Consulting were offering. Read and learn, do NOT speak to applicants like they are beneath you.

Megan & Caroline, along with the whole team at Cobham Consulting have been absolutely amazing at helping me find a new role! They have been brilliant from start to finish, guiding me through my interviews to help me secure the role I really wanted! I could not recommend them highly enough! :-

I found Cobham Consulting to be a brilliant agency. Alice was fantastic and excellent at her job. They are also really supportive through the whole process and very efficient at what they do. I would absolutely recommend them!

After registering a few months ago and not seeing any jobs that took my fancy within the last week Caroline sent me a role that was up my street. She managed to get me an interview and arranged for me to come in prior to my interview to prep me on the company etc and possible questions I may be asked. I ended up getting the job and I can only thank. Caroline for her help.

Some agencies send you irrelevant jobs for the sake of commission, trying to sell you a really crap job that you don't even have relevant experience in, however Caroline wasn't pushy only encouraging and only sent me relevant jobs suited to me. I would recommend Cobham.

So so helpful! I went for an interview 2 days ago, beforehand I went to Cobham Consulting for an interview prep and I can't express how confident I felt when in the interview after! Had a call this morning from cobham to say I got the job! They helped me prep for my first big interview and I can't thank them enough! Megan was so helpful I definitely recommend the company and Megan!

Having been in the same job for years and not having a lot of skills. Cobham were brilliant, they found jobs that were sutible for me, sent regular updates for jobs that I would be interested in and even gave me some preporation for my interviews. They were easy to contact and always responded quickly. They supported me through the whole process not just finding a job but finding one I was happy with and helping me to get it. Very friendly and reliable. I would happily recommend to anyone!

I put my CV on CV Library and was contacted by Cobham Consulting about a job 2 days later, and by the following week I had secured the job. Really friendly and genuine team who communicate very well and go the extra mile, checking in with you on the day of your interview and following up to see how you are once you've started the job. Excellent service all round!

Amazing work they do at Cobham Consulting. Alice and the team have been so helpful and helped me find the ideal job, very polite, resourceful and know what they are doing. They are an excellent company and fantastic at what they do. Would highly recommend them when looking for work. Will definitely use again in the future.

Having been job searching for a couple months I went to Cobham Consulting. They were incredibly helpful and polite (no idea what the person who wrote the 1* review was on about). Having had no previous experience in my preferred field I wasn't too expectant, but Caroline managed to get me an interview and even helped me prepare for it.
